You must complete and sign the official Pali Mini Tours Booking form is enclosed with this website.You must accept on behalf of all your parties the terms and conditions and along with the booking form, please enclose a non-refundable deposit of £50.00 GBP/$75.00 USD per person (For UK & USA customers only).This said deposit would be adjusted towards the cost of the tour.In the event of cancellation of the tour by the passenger after the payment of non-refundable deposit for any reason whatsoever or failure to pay entire tour cost, the said deposit shall stand forfeited.All cheques must be made payable to Pali Mini Tours(For UK customers only) and if booking in USA please ask your agent for payment details.On payment of the deposit amount, you will receive an official receipt from Pali Mini Tours or from our agent for the amount you have paid.You will also receive our confirmation letter, for confirming your deposit payment and booking of your seat(s).

Balance of your holiday cost must be paid at least FOUR WEEKS prior to your departure.If you make your booking within four weeks of your departure you must pay the full cost at the time of booking.If the balance is not paid in full and on time we reserve the right to treat the holiday as cancelled by you, we will retain your deposit and apply cancellation charges as shown below.

If you or any of your party, may cancel your holiday at any time provided that the cancellation is made by the person signing the booking form and informed us in writing.As we incur cost from the date we confirm your booking we will retain your deposit and in addition apply cancellation charges as per the following:

If, after your confirmation has been issued you wish to change your holiday booking, we will do our best to help, provided written notification is received at our office from the person who signed the booking form, not later than the date on which the balance of the original holiday cost due for payment.This must be accompanied by a payment of £25 per person to cover administration costs.Any alteration requests after this date will be treated as cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges set out above will be applied.

A binding contract between us comes into existence when we confirm your booking over telephone or in person or in all other cases dispatch our confirmation invoice. The terms and conditions of this form will be governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of England & Wales.

All information given on this website is based on the information available at the time of publication.We reserve the right to change any information on our website before or after your booking the tour due to any events beyond our control.In case if we are aware of any changes sufficiently in advance we will notify you at the time of booking, otherwise our Tour Manager or Local Representive will inform you of the changes.

Holiday prices include all air/couch travel, accomodation and meal as specified in holiday description.Unless specified indicated in holiday itinerary or description contained on the website, entrance fees, guide fees, city sightseeing tours and optional excursions are not included in the holiday cost.We do however reserve the right to increase or decrease website prices of any item.As soon as you have confirmed your booking and paid your deposit, or full payment, and we have received the booking form, then the price of your holiday is guaranteed.

We reserve the right to change the meal arrangement if circumstances make it necessary to do so, the meals are pre-set and a choice of menu is not available.
Restaurant:
On our tours we take you to restaurants for meal, which is prepared by local chefs and may not be to everyone's taste but they are good value for money.You can choose to have either vegetarian or non-vegetarian.
Carvan Kitchen:
On most of our longer tours we have our own caravan kitchen with our own chefs, Maharaja from India.Where caravan kitchen is involved we only provide our vegetarian food.Lunches usually provided outside in a suitable location and in some cases we may provide packed lunch.Normally for dinner we arrange a dining facilities but in some cases where we are unable to do so the food will be provided outside.

Certain holiday may only operate if minimum numbers are attained and we have the right to cancel such holiday by notifying you in one weeks prior to departure date if the minimum number is not achieved.It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your holiday/itinerary but we do plan the arrangements many months in advance.If there is any changes or amends to your holiday/itinerary we will try to advise you of these amendments prior to the start of the tour or on tour.Sometimes changes have to be made which we reserve the right to do at any time.We cannot accept liability or pay compensation if we are forced to cancel or in any way make changes to your holiday due to war, riot, civil strike, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather condition, or any other reson outside our control amounting to force major.If the minimum numbers are not met for the coach tour to take place we may arrange your holiday with aminibus, if you wish.Minimum requirement for a minibus tour is 10 passengers.

As porterage is not included in the Tour price and due to limited space for baggage in the coach we request each passenger to carry one suitcase and one carryon per person. The single bag should have dimensions not exceeding 30" x 18" x 10" and weight not exceeding 23kg.

We are travel and holiday organisers only. We do not control or operate any airline, neither do we own or control any shipping company, coach or coach company, hotel, transport, or any other facility or service mentioned on this website. We take care in selecting all the ingredients in your holiday; but because we only select and inspect them and have no control in running of them, we cannot be responsible for any delay, improper services provided by any agency, airlines, transport, hotel, any provider of services, for any injury, death, loss or damage which is caused by the act or default of the management or employees of any homelier, airlines, coach owner/coach operator who are the Company's independent contractors arising outside our normal selection and inspection process.

If the behaviour of any member of any party is considered likely to cause offence, danger, damage or distress to others, we reserve the right at all times to cancel or terminate their holiday completely. If this situation arises our responsibillity will cease and the company will be under no obligation to cover expenses incurred and neither will we consider or accept any claims for compensation or refund whatsoever.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all the necessary travel documents e.g. passport, visas, vaccination certificates etc. are valid and effective for all the dates and countries visitied. Pali Mini Tours do not accept any responsibility for the outcome of expenses. If your package includes air travel you will receive your Air Tickets from us 7 days prior to the departure date, alongwith with our confirmation letter. This will be given provided we have received full payment. Your confirmation letter entitles you to travel on the Tour and must be presented by you to our Manager on the first day of the Tour.

Pets or any other animals are not permitted on the tour. Pali Mini Tours operates a strictly NON-SMOKING and EATING policy whilst on the coaches. You are responsible for ensuring that you are at the correct departure point at the correct time, and we cannot be held liable for any loss or expenses suffered by clients because of late arrival at departure points. As a precaution we strongly suggest you to remain present at departure point 15 minutes prior to departure of your tour. If anybody is seen to be suffering from a contagious disease, they will be immediately removed from the tour and will have to make their own arrangement at their own expenses.

Though it is not compulsory to have your travel insurance but we suggest you to cover your insurance, in the event of illness, personal injury or death during the course of your holiday and for cancellation.
